Throughout his career, Scott has held senior leadership roles focused on equipping warfighters with critical tactical vehicle capabilities. His contributions span the design, development, testing, production, and delivery of military systems, including the High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV or “Humvee”), armor solutions for the HMMWV, the Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) troop carriers deployed in Afghanistan, and the Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV), which modernized the legacy Humvee by enhancing payload, performance, and protection.
A proactive problem-solver and adaptable leader, Scott is known for his strengths in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and building high-performing, collaborative teams that deliver real impact.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Kettering University (formerly GMI Engineering & Management Institute), a Master’s degree in Technical Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and is a graduate of the Senior Service College Fellowship—the civilian equivalent of the Army War College.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and their two children. He lives by the values: Make a Difference, Leave it Better, and Never Stop Growing.
