As Chief Executive Officer of EVRCOOL, Anis provides Strategic Leadership and Operational Guidance to a very talented and committed team of individuals.  He is an accomplished business leader having worked in the U.S. Corporate world for over 30 years. His specialization is in Industrial Manufacturing with specific experience in Process Chillers, Commercial Boiler Systems, Refrigeration Valves, Air Filtration and Advanced Manufacturing using Robotics.

Anis understands what it takes to build great teams and how to navigate and motivate them to succeed. He believes that talent can be most effectively utilized when the company culture provides a place of nourishment of the heart and mind, where people feel respected and trusted, where each employee feels connected to the organizations mission, vision, and values. Anis believes humility and professional will are key aspects of leadership and the responsibility to lead an organization is an opportunity earned that needs to be safe guarded in a cradle of trust.

Anis has an undergraduate degree in Aeronautical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Mumbai, a Masters in Mechanical Engineering degree from Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago and a Masters in Business Administration degree from Lake Forest Graduate School of Management, Lake Forest, Illinois.

Anis has 4 adult children; 2 daughters and 2 sons who are all successfully engaged in their respective careers. In his spare time, he loves to travel around the world, make new friends, learn other cultures, read books, take long hikes. In addition to his youngest child being adopted from an orphanage in India, Anis is actively involved in funding and supporting an elementary school for under privileged children in Comilla, Bangladesh.
